Terms and Conditions

1. Operator
These terms govern the booking and use of charter services provided by Propulse Seychelles Ltd, a company incorporated in the Seychelles and registered with the Registrar of Companies under number 8440127-1, with registered office at TODO_ADDRESS_LINE_1, Mahé, Seychelles ("Propulse", "we", "us", "our").
2. Booking Conditions and Safety Guidelines
The maritime and weather conditions in the Seychelles are unpredictable. Therefore, we will confirm your reservation the day before the excursion. If bad conditions prevent us from carrying out the excursion, it will be postponed to another available date.
- · The itinerary may be modified at the Captain's discretion, as the route must be adapted according to the maritime conditions.
- · The reservation must be secured by full payment of the service in advance, either by credit card or by bank transfer.
- · Any cancellation will only be taken into consideration if it is made at least 48 hours in advance.
- · Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents or the accompanying adult.
- · Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard.
- · The Captain will give you instructions that you must listen to carefully, these instructions are for your safety.
Of course, we kindly ask you not to throw anything into our ocean. You know this, protecting our environment is everyone's responsibility.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed are in Euro, per boat (not per guest), and apply to the boat with up to eight guests within 3 miles of Mahé, and six guests beyond that limit. Prices include items explicitly listed as "included" on each excursion page. Items listed as "not included" are payable separately. All prices are quoted by Propulse Seychelles Ltd as a Seychelles-incorporated entity; no European VAT is applied as services are physically rendered in Seychelles waters.
4. Liability
Boating involves inherent risks. By boarding, guests acknowledge these risks. Propulse maintains the insurance coverage required by Seychelles maritime regulations for passenger transport. Our liability is limited to the maximum allowable under Seychelles law and to the value of the charter fee paid, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.
Guests are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance. We strongly recommend cover that includes water sports activities and emergency evacuation.
5. Personal property
Propulse is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal property aboard, except where caused by our gross negligence. We recommend leaving valuables ashore.
6. Photography and media
Photographs taken on board may be used by Propulse for promotional purposes unless you opt out at the time of booking or in writing before departure.
7. Payment processing
Payments are processed via licensed third-party providers (Skrill / Verifone, PayPal, or bank transfer). Personal payment information is never stored on our servers. By booking, you accept the terms of the chosen payment provider.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any dispute arising in connection with this contract that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Seychelles.
